Project Goals
The key objectives of the INTEG-RNA project:
- Increase the impact and stimulate scientific excellence in RNA biology at CEITEC MU by enhancing innovation and interdisciplinary capacity
- Promote integration of technology across RNA fields that are nurtured at CEITEC MU, and expand the knowledge and expertise sharing
- Empower next generation scientists by opening the access to relevant training opportunities for RNA biology students and young scientists in integrative approaches
- Foster awareness of diverse career paths, individual potential and goals, career expectations, skills and competences of ESRs and young researchers through training, mentoring and networking
- Boost potential of researchers by nurturing universally applicable transferrable skills without compromising the core expertise in scientific methods
- Utilize the experience and best practices of international partners in order to upgrade research management/administration within CEITEC MU and overall CEITEC MU research profile
- Enlarge the spillover effect by expanding dissemination activities and assessing the scientific performance
