Brno welcomed world-renowned scientists, including three Nobel Prize laureates, from July 20th to July 23rd, 2022. All of them visited the Czech Republic for the Mendel Genetics Conference, held on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Gregor Johann Mendel, the founder of genetics.
